At Lilac St., we want you to love your lashes; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, adhesive and lash segments must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unopened items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label to ensure timely processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
